Consistent Minds provides software development, SaaS consulting, AI solution development, and related technical services. Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms are defined in separate proposals or agreements.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required content, and approvals needed for project execution. Delays in communication or approvals may impact timelines.
Fees, milestones, and payment schedules are agreed in writing before work begins. Late payments may lead to pause of services. All invoices are payable according to the terms stated in the signed agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights for final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment. Consistent Minds retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable components.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for project purposes. Confidential information must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consistent Minds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services, website, or project deliverables.
Either party may terminate services as defined in the agreement. Upon termination, payment remains due for completed work and approved milestones up to the termination date.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised date.
